MANILA, Philippines – Joshua Sinclair, who is one of the 4 players sent by the Philippines to Kazakhstan for the FIBA 3X3 Under-18 World Championship, was recently profiled on video by FIBA during the tournament.
In the clip, the 18-year-old Filipino-Australian discusses how he spent many of the younger years of his life playing rugby before becoming a basketball player after visiting the Philippines on holiday.
The National University-commitee also discusses the requirements when playing 3-on-3 halfcourt basketball, and how it has caught on with Filipino fans.
Sinclair, who’s also drawn resemblance to the UCLA-bound Kobe Paras from La Salle Greenhills, also discusses the comparisons to the former 3X3 player and dunk champion.
