MANILA, Philippines – Reigning NBA MVP Steph Curry was up to his usual tricks again by nailing 3-pointers from all over the floor and filling up the stat sheet in the Golden State Warriors’ 130-114 victory over the Orlando Magic on Friday, February 26.
Curry scored 51 points, hit 10 3-pointers, and recorded 8 assists plus 7 rebounds as the Dubs improved to 52-5 this NBA season.
Early in the game, Curry also set the NBA record for most consecutive games with a made 3-pointer. It was the 128th straight match he hit a shot from downtown.
Draymond Green and Andrew Bogut each posted 12 points in the win for Golden State.
All starters scored in double figures for Orlando, led by the 20 of Evan Fournier. Aaron Gordon also played well with 19 points and 8 boards, but the Magic dropped to 25-30. – Rappler.com
