LOS ANGELES, United States – Russell Westbrook is a lot of things: top-flight scorer, superior passer, superb defender, all-world athlete, NBA superstar, and now, Houdini.
Maybe not quite, but the OKC Thunder star pulled out the bag of tricks during his team’s game against the Utah Jazz on Sunday, December 13.
With just 0.7 seconds left on the first half clock, Westbrook couldn’t find an open man while inbounding the ball on the baseline, so he threw it off Jazz guard Rodney Hood’s back, then threw up a wild jumper that went in.
