MANILA, Philippines-Isaiah Austin and Rod Ebondo have been cleared to play for the China-bound Chooks-to-Go Pilipinas team that will see action in the 2017 FIBA Asia Champions Cup, per national team head coach Chot Reyes.
Reyes confirmed through his Twitter page on Wednesday night, September 20 that the two big men have acquired their Chinese visas in time for the tournament that tips off Friday.

Import Austin and Centro Escolar University’s Ebondo will reinforce the Philippine squad lineup consisting of Kiefer Ravena, Jeron and Jeric Teng, Carl Bryan Cruz, Almond Vosotros, LA Revilla, Norbert Torres, Raymar Jose, Jett Manuel, and Al Francis Tamsi.
