MANILA, Philippines – Terrence Romeo led all scorers and Marc Pingris finally had a breakout game as Gilas Pilipinas trounced India, 99-65, to wrap up the second round of the 2015 FIBA Asia Championship on Tuesday, September 29.
Romeo made 6 of his 13 field goals that included 3 triples to finish with 20 points. He also had 3 rebounds, 4 assists and 3 steals as Gilas was +25 in his close to 23 minutes on the floor.

Pingris got his rhythm going offensively with 12 points, 4 rebounds, an assist and two steals as Gilas used a 23-14 third quarter and a 34-15 final frame to shut down the Indians ranked 61st in the world by FIBA. (HIGHLIGHTS: Gilas vs India – 2015 FIBA Asia second round)
