MANILA, Philippines – The Miami Heat took a 2-0 lead over the Charlotte Hornets in their best-of-7 series following an impressive 115-103 victory in Game 2 on Thursday, April 21.
Miami, which also dominated Game 1, 123-91, shot 58% from the field in Game 2. The Heat was led by Dwyane Wade, who finished with 28 points and 8 assists. Hassan Whiteside also played well with 17 points on 8-of-8 shooting and 13 rebounds.
The duo also provided a highlight in the first quarter when Wade connected on a lob to Whiteside, who finished with a reverse slam.

Kemba Walker’s 29 points led Charlotte. Al Jefferson also played well off the bench with 25 points and 7 rebounds. Unfortunately for the Hornets, they lost Nic Batum to an ankle injury in the second half. – Rappler.com
