MANILA, Philippines – The upcoming unrestricted free agency of Oklahoma City superstar Kevin Durant is going to be heavily anticipated, and quite arguably the biggest in the NBA since LeBron James was a free agent in 2010.
While Durant has given no indication where he will sign come this summer, some teams have already been mentioned as possible destinations.
Oklahoma City is still a top favorite, of course, but there is some chatter of both Los Angeles teams, Golden State, San Antonio, Miami, and Washington as being landing spots.
On Thursday, March 17, the fans of the Boston Celtics tried to make their pitch to the former NBA MVP early. While Durant was taking free throws in the third quarter of a Thunder-Celtics game, the fans in attendance started to chant: “Come to Boston.”

The Thunder went on to win the game in dominant fashion, 130-109, and Boston fans had a front row seat to what Durant can do as he finished with 28 points, 9 assists, and 7 rebounds. – Rappler.com
