MANILA, Philippines – The Washington Wizards didn’t stand a chance, not with the reigning NBA MVP on fire like that.
Led by a spectacular performance from Steph Curry, the Golden State Warriors won in Washington, 134-121, to improve to 45-4 on Thursday, February 4.
Curry dropped 51 points, 7 rebounds, 3 steals, and 11 3-pointers in the win, one shy of the NBA record of most 3-pointers made in a game held by Kobe Bryant and Donyell Marshall.
Curry had 7 3-pointers in the first quarter alone and already 31 points at the half.
